Hello Non-Profit Community Vendors,
The Santa Rosa Wednesday Night Market is excited to be back for 2025. The 2025 Market Season will run every Wednesday from May 7th to July 30th from 5:00-8:30 pm.
The Market has drawn more than one million people to Downtown Santa Rosa over the past thirty-five years and we plan on continuing the tradition each night this season.
All applications will require registering for a free account with Eventeny. All applicants will be charged a $35 non-refundable application fee when they submit their application, regardless of whether they are accepted or not. Vendor Booth Fee/Early Bird Registration will not be charged until application is approved. Thank you for your interest.
Introducing Our Non-Profit Community Supporters
Non-profit community vendors are federal tax-exempt community service agencies and local community service groups who want to talk about their membership, their mission, and future fundraising events. Non-Profit Community Groups are allowed to sell logo items or fundraising raffle tickets.
Come and learn about the many non-profit community vendors at the market! Find purpose and involvement by contributing to or volunteering for a local community organization that calls out to you!
